Summer is coming

I cannot wait for summer to come! I think I feel this way each and every spring. (I think everyone in Minnesota feels this way!) I love the changing seasons, don't get me wrong. But I can't wait for the warm weather, planting my vegetable garden, and being outside! This little Pure Innocence girl from My Favorite Things expresses that joy of summer perfectly for me!

Materials used:
Stamp: Pure Innocence by My Favorite Things
Cardstock: White: Neenah; Black, Olive: Stampin Up!; Designer paper: Basic Grey;  circle and scallop dies: Spellbinders. Prisma color pencils, paper stumps, and gamsol for coloring. Sewing machine: Kenmore; white thread; half circle black pearls: local scrapbook store.
