It's a red, white and blue birthday card...

Made this cute card especially for my lovely niece Jenny. It was her sweet 16th birthday this month. I used many different stamps to complete the look. I got the idea for this card from Betsy Veldman's blog. (I LOVE her blog! She is so talented!) You can see her original here: http://scrapbookgirl.typepad.com/paper_scissors_and_superh/2012/03/introducing-back-pocket-basics.html
I made my own red gingham background, and yellow chevron background.
I LOVE the "back pocket basics" stamp set! It's so fun and has just cute images!
Materials used:
Back pocket basics stamp set: PaperTrey Ink; Gingham background stamp: Graphic 45; Chevron stamp: Fawn Lawn; Yellow, Blue and Red dye ink: Stampin Up: Tea Dye ink: Tim Holtz/Ranger; Versamark ink; white and navy embossing ink by American Crafts; Navy cardstock: Stampin Up! White cardstock: Neenah; heart die border: PaperTrey Ink; sewing machine: Kenmore; white tread.

Hope everyone has a safe and wonderful Fourth of July/Independence Day! Thanks for stopping by.
